Refund policy

At American Honeys, every item is made-to-order. Because of this, we’re not able to accept traditional returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.

Replacements & Refunds

We happily replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered).

If you experience any of the above, please email us at americanhoneysco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We cannot accept returns for items due to wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or preference.

  • Because products are custom-printed just for you, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Order Issues

  • If your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. In these cases, we are not able to issue a free replacement.

  • If tracking shows the package was never delivered, we will send you a replacement.
